Description

The Abaqus Research Edition includes access to Abaqus/Standard, Abaqus/Explicit, and Abaqus/CAE. Inclusion of both Abaqus/Standard and Abaqus/Explicit allows the choice of appropriate analysis techniques or even a combination of both analysis techniques for different types of simulations. User-defined subroutines allow flexibility in modeling advanced research materials, complex surface and contact behaviors, and other user-specific features.
