Software License Agreement Review Request Quick Start Guide

ITPALS is offering a new Concierge Assistance. This is a personalized service for end users that offers assistance with the software review process to include:
                   ·       research to identify an already approved software that has similar functionality to the requested software
                   ·       finding the most efficient review pathway for the software and specific use case
                   ·       assisting in completion of the Software License Agreement Review request form in ServiceNow

To increase efficiency and streamline the process for submission of requests to review new software license agreements ITPALS has created an intake portal in ServiceNow.  By using the ServiceNow portal requestors will receive notifications and updates during the various stages of the review process.

Please click on the link below to see a summary of the review process and a button at the bottom to login.  Once logged in the form will open and the software review questions can be completed and submitted online.  Please be sure to provide as much information as possible when answering each question and attach any supporting documentation such as the vendor’s license agreement, quote, terms and conditions, etc., so that ITPALS will have everything needed to process the request.  Based on the responses provided there are associated approval flows which will electronically route each request through the review process.
